Marilu Henner, a woman that has the strength and energy of an adolescent combined with the wisdom of a sage is the best example today of modern women who are able to be all things to all people. She's an author as well as a health and fitness expert presenter, talk show host and producer. Also, a dancer and director. Comedienne and model. And most importantly a mother and wife! When she was in her 50's and both parents lost their lives-her mother to complications with arthritis and father following an untimely heart attack, she began to realize that she had control over her own lifestyle. It was all about fitness, and the best way to maximize the function of our body. She has a role in the CBS sitcom 2 Broke Girls where she is Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstair neighbor, who is the owner of a cleaning service.
