Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March 1958 to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant and Joseph William Stone 2nd, an ex-tool and die maker and factory worker. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her three siblings. Stone is a gifted student when she was a young child, began her second-grade education at age five. Saegertown Senior High School, Saegertown Pennsylvania is where she graduated in the year 1975. Winner of Miss Crawford County, she was also a part of Miss Pennsylvania. Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone was able to move with her aunt from New Jersey, where she pursued a career in modeling. The following month, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. She soon relocated to Europe, spending a year in Milan and Paris. Stone was unhappy with the model market in Europe, and chose to concentrate on acting. At the age of 20, she appeared in Woody Allen's "Stardust Memories" which received mixed reviews.
