Melissa Suzanne George from Australia is a model, actress and inventor. After starting her career in her home country, she eventually made her way to Hollywood and has found significant success there. George, a native of Perth in Western Australia initially was interested in dancing as well as artistic roller skating. The modeling profession began her teens. She won Western Australia Teenage Model Year 1992. The actress made her debut on screen that year with the episode of Seven Network s soap opera Home and Away . Her film debut was with Dark City.
